By using Market-Signal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.

Market-Signal is fully automated, self-serve software that analyses available public app-market information and produces online market reports. It does not provide human research, consulting, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of commercial results.

App-store data, public reviews, search results, and third-party provider availability can change or be incomplete. Reports are offered as decision-support information only. You are responsible for independently assessing any product, market, legal, commercial, or investment decision.

You may use the service for lawful internal research and planning. You must not:

• submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading material;
• interfere with, overload, probe, bypass, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• use automated means to access the service except through a documented interface we expressly provide;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or its non-public output; or
• use the service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law or third-party rights.

The service uses information that is publicly available from third-party sources. Apple, the App Store, Google, and Google Play are not affiliated with, do not sponsor, and do not endorse Market-Signal. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Public-source content remains subject to the terms and rights that apply to it. Market-Signal does not promise that third-party source data is complete, current, available, accurate, or suitable for any particular use.

We may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue part of the service to protect users, comply with law, or respond to an upstream provider issue. We may update the service and these terms from time to time; the revised terms will be posted with a new effective date.

The current public product does not provide customer accounts or paid checkout. If Market-Signal offers a paid report in the future, the offer, price, delivery information, and applicable checkout terms will be shown before purchase. The paid-report refund rule is described in the Refund Policy.
