Refund Policy

A paid report will usually be ready within a few minutes. An unusually large competitor pool may take around 10–15 minutes. The maximum paid-report delivery window is 24 hours after payment.

If Market-Signal has not delivered the paid report within 24 hours after payment, we will issue a full refund. A report is delivered when the completed report is available to the purchasing account and materially matches the pre-purchase description.

A completed, accessible report that materially matches the disclosed deliverable is not eligible for a voluntary refund solely because you changed your mind or dislike its conclusions. This does not limit any non-waivable right you may have under applicable law.

If a paid report is not delivered, email [email protected] with the order number and the email used at checkout. Do not send payment-card details. Where Lemon Squeezy is used for checkout, it is the merchant of record and may also provide payment support through its customer-facing channels.

Before paid reports are offered, this policy will be reviewed alongside the checkout, product description, and applicable consumer-rights requirements. Any update will be posted with a new effective date.
